Where does FieldPics store my media?
Imported items are cached on your device and synced to your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit. Status labels in the app tell you whether an item is protected, pending, or needs attention.
Does FieldPics remove photos automatically?
No. FieldPics keeps source items in Photos until iCloud protection is verified. If you choose to remove a verified source, iOS asks for confirmation.
Why are some photos missing from the map?
The map shows imported items that contain GPS coordinates. You can add decimal latitude and longitude to an item from its detail view.
Can I recover something I deleted?
Items moved to Recently Deleted in FieldPics remain recoverable there for 30 days unless you permanently delete them first.
What should I include in a support email?
A short description of what happened, what you expected, your iPhone model, iOS version, and any screenshot that does not reveal sensitive field information.
